The Lesson
Your visit begins on the sofa, welcome drink in hand, as we walk you through the day's menu. We then move to the kitchen for the lesson itself — primarily demonstration, though you are warmly invited to take part whenever you wish.
Our Services
Dining, Restaurant-Style
With two instructors at every lesson, questions are answered on the spot. Once the cooking is complete, take your seat — your meal is served restaurant-style, with wine. Linger over conversation; the washing-up is entirely our concern.
Private Time
An Intimate Setting
Our salon lessons are kept deliberately small, shaped around each guest. Recipes change monthly — join once or twice a month, as suits you. Beginners are more than welcome.
Feel Free
Come as You Are
Come with friends or on your own — gentlemen are most welcome too. Aprons and stationery are provided; simply arrive empty-handed.
