Our Special lessons venture beyond the usual repertoire — Southeast Asian cuisine, Taiwanese cooking, spice-laden curries — dishes only IL FIOR FIORE would think to teach, offered on occasion. We also host collaborative lessons with celebrated guest chefs.

About Lesson
01
Your lesson opens with a welcome drink on the sofa, as we walk you through the month's menu.

We move to the kitchen, where dishes are demonstrated before your eyes — and you are warmly invited to join in the cooking whenever you wish.

Once complete, dishes are served at the table with drinks chosen to match the cuisine.
Allergies are happily accommodated with advance notice. With each new cuisine come discoveries — new ingredients, new seasonings, new inspiration.
