Italian at its heart, with seasonal accents of French and Japanese cuisine. Each month we cook four courses — antipasto, pasta, main and dolce — from the finest ingredients of the season. Some lessons feature handmade pasta, risotto or gnocchi; mains may turn to French duck or spring lamb. Trending dishes and long-admired classics alike are rewritten into recipes you can truly make your own.
About Lesson

Your lesson opens with a welcome drink on the sofa, as we walk you through the month's menu.

We move to the kitchen, where dishes are demonstrated before your eyes — and you are warmly invited to join in the cooking whenever you wish.

Once the finishing touches are complete, take your seat — antipasto through dolce is served in sequence, paired with Italian wines chosen for the month's menu.

After the meal, choose from coffee, cappuccino, tea, espresso or herbal tea.
Allergies are happily accommodated with advance notice. With a new seasonal menu every month, your repertoire will grow beautifully.
