You join in real time, alongside the guests attending in person. Three to four dishes are demonstrated, and questions are welcome at any moment. Lessons run approximately ninety minutes to two hours.

Lessons are held over Zoom. A computer, smartphone or tablet is all you need — please download the app in advance.

Schedule — consult the calendar and let us know the date you wish to join. Even lessons marked full (×) remain open to online guests. Simply select "Online Lesson Reservation" when booking.

After booking, we will send payment details by email. Once payment is confirmed, your recipes and Zoom meeting ID follow by email or LINE.

Enter with the meeting ID sent in advance. The room opens fifteen minutes before the lesson, allowing time to check your picture and sound.

From recipe briefing through to the finished dish, you cook along with the class. The camera stays close on the chef's hands throughout — and if the pace runs quick or a question arises, please speak up without hesitation.

Final questions are welcomed before we close — and our answers continue by email or LINE long after the lesson ends.
