In Italian, "il fior fiore" means "the flower in bloom" —
and, by extension, "the very best place, where people gather."
We chose this name with a wish: that our salon would be more than a place to learn cooking —
a space of genuine comfort and warmth.
Come as you would to a friend's home for good food and wine.
Through conversation and cuisine, may your table bloom like a flower.
Our salon is intimate and welcoming —
even if this is your very first cooking class, you will feel at home.
