Terms of the Salon
The following terms are set out for the smooth running of the salon.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Upon enrollment, we ask for your name, address and telephone number. This information is used solely for the operation of the cooking school and will never be used for any other purpose without your consent. Should you withdraw, your personal information will be promptly destroyed.

Members who have not attended a lesson for one year without notice may be asked to re-enroll. This does not apply to those who have submitted a leave of absence for reasons such as childbirth or relocation.

Should you need to change or cancel a reservation, please contact us as early as possible by email at reservation@il-fiorfiore.com.
· Cancellation from one week to four days prior: half the lesson fee is charged
· Cancellation within three days, or absence without notice: the full lesson fee is charged
If you wish, the recipes from the missed lesson will be given to you at your next visit. Cancellation fees are to be transferred to our designated account within one week. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If your reserved date becomes inconvenient, you may transfer to another lesson within the same month, subject to availability. Please contact us at least four days in advance.

For reasons of hygiene (prevention of food poisoning) and in accordance with the Food Sanitation Act, we kindly ask that dishes prepared in the lesson not be taken home.

Should a lesson be cancelled due to natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances, the lesson fee will be refunded. Refunds are not made for any other reason.
Lessons are cancelled (with no cancellation fee) if a storm warning is issued for the Nagoya Station area, or an earthquake of intensity 5-upper or greater occurs, two hours before the lesson start time. Please enquire regarding make-up lessons in each case.

Religious solicitation, sales of goods, and recruitment for network marketing are strictly prohibited at the salon. Members who behave inappropriately toward other guests, or whom the organiser judges unsuitable, may be asked to withdraw.

Private group lessons for five or more friends are welcome. Dates and menus outside our regular schedule may also be arranged — please consult us, and we will accommodate wherever possible.

All rights to the recipes provided in lessons belong to Il fior fiore. Reproduction or publication on the web (blogs, websites, etc.) without permission is strictly prohibited in all cases. Culinary professionals are asked to contact us before attending. Commercial use of the recipes is not permitted.
